Ingredients:

  • ASPEK Mix: 1000 g

  • Eggs: 400 g

  • Vegetable Oil: 200 g

  • Water: 200 g

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and beat with a mixer at medium speed for 5-7 minutes.

  2. Continue mixing until the batter becomes completely homogeneous.

  3. Pour the prepared batter into muffin molds.

  4. Preheat the oven and bake at 165-175°C for 25-30 minutes.

  5. Remove the baked muffins from the oven and let them cool for a while.
