Muffin Cake
Ingredients:
ASPEK Mix: 1000 g
Eggs: 400 g
Vegetable Oil: 200 g
Water: 200 g
Preparation:
Put all ingredients into a bowl and beat with a mixer at medium speed for 5-7 minutes.
Continue mixing until the batter becomes completely homogeneous.
Pour the prepared batter into muffin molds.
Preheat the oven and bake at 165-175°C for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the baked muffins from the oven and let them cool for a while.
